For Tenants

For your convenience, we have made some documents available that are most often requested.  If you have any questions about which form you need, please contact our office.

Application Fee: $35.00 per application, non-refundable. $20.00 per application is collected when application is submitted; the remaining $15.00 is collected at time of lease signing.

Residential Application & Rental Reference Form: You must complete the entire application and the top section of the rental reference form before we begin processing your application.  Each potential resident 18 years or older must complete an application.  We will not begin processing any applications until all potential residents have turned in their applications and paid application fees.

30-day Notice of Intent to Vacate: Tenants are required to submit a written 30 day notice of intent to vacate prior to moving out of any rental.  Once this notice has been received by our office (via hand delivery, mail, fax), we begin counting the 30 days.  Tenants are liable for rent through the 30 day period or through the end of their lease term, whichever is greater.  Please contact our office with any questions.

Resident Release Form: If one or more tenants wish to terminate their lease but one or more tenants will remain in the unit, this form must be filled out and signed by all tenants and guarantors.  Administrative fees and lease execution fees may apply. Contact our office for more specific information.

Resident Add Form: Residents being added to the lease must have their application approved prior to being added to the lease.  Administrative fees and application fees may apply.  This form is only available in person from our office.  Please contact us for further information.
